The Metro District is thrilled to share that several exciting projects that will be coming.

The arborist is working through pruning trees in the District maintained areas. They will begin removal of dead trees after tree pruning has been completed.

Emergencies If you notice an irrigation leak or damage to District property that needs immediate attention, please call Advance HOA at 303-482-2213. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, call our after-hours line at 800-892-1423. When calling, please be ready to share the exact location and a brief description of the issue to help us respond quickly.

And a friendly reminder from your District: please remember to pick up after your pets and keep them leashed while out in the neighborhood. We have several pet waste stations throughout the community to help keep HTC clean and welcoming for everyone.
