Who to Contact for District Matters
We’d like to share a quick reminder on who to contact for District-related needs!
Emergencies
If you notice an irrigation leak or damage to District property that needs immediate attention, please call Advance HOA at 303-482-2213. For emergencies outside of regular business hours, call our after-hours line at 800-892-1423. When calling, please be ready to share the exact location and a brief description of the issue to help us respond quickly.
General Questions or Service Requests
For all other District questions or service requests, please email clientservices@advancehoa.com. This includes help with setting up online access, making payments, or any general District inquiries. You can also reach Client Services by phone at 303-482-2213 (Option 2).
Gate Access
Need a gate transmitter, gate code, or a pedestrian gate key?
Contact Melissa Kupferer at 303-482-2213 ext. 283 or email her at Melissa.Kupferer@advancehoa.com. Gate transmitters are $40 each, billed to your District account. Deliveries go out each Monday, except on holidays.

And a friendly reminder from your District: please remember to pick up after your pets and keep them leashed while out in the neighborhood. We have several pet waste stations throughout the community to help keep HTC clean and welcoming for everyone.
