Announcements and Updates

June 2025

The Metro District is thrilled to share that several exciting projects have been completed this spring!

The Rosemary Hill revamp is officially finished, along with enhancements at the Yosemite and Ehler entrances. Plus, our annual flower installation at all three entrances will bring fresh pops of color to welcome the Summer season!

While the Quebec entrance revamp is now scheduled for 2026—due to ongoing construction related to new developments on the west side—we’re happy to report lots of progress elsewhere.

In March, our tree contractor planted 15 new trees along Heritage, Uinta, and the Quebec gate area. And at our May board meeting, the Board approved planting 15 more trees along Yosemite, Heritage Dr., Ehler, and Highway 7.

In addition, asphalt mill and overlay work was successfully completed the week of May 12th on E. 152nd Pl., E. 152nd Ct., E. 151st Ct., E. 150th Ct., Verbena St., and E. 150th Pl.. Additional paving improvements will be considered later this year for the 2026 schedule.

And a friendly reminder from your District: please remember to pick up after your pets and keep them leashed while out in the neighborhood. We have several pet waste stations throughout the community to help keep HTC clean and welcoming for everyone.

Thank you for being such an important part of what makes HTC a fantastic place to live!
