Heritage Todd Creek Metropolitan District

To qualify as a Director of a special district, a person must be an “eligible elector” which is defined as a registered voter of Colorado and either:
1. A resident of the district, or
2. The owner (or the spouse or civil union partner of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the district.

Elections are held during odd numbered years. Eligible Electors will need to complete a self-nomination form which can be requested from the District's Designated Election Official. Self-nomination forms for the next District Election must be submitted by February 26, 2027.
